INTERNET 101
FAQ's

Q: How can I deal with your company
long distance?
A: Because of the nature of our business, location is not an issue. Most correspondence with our customers
is via the phone or e-mail, which is not reliant on location. When initially developing your website original materials
can be e-mailed, or sent to us through the U.S. mail.

Q: Are you a web host?
A: Yes. We are. A web host can be known by
several different names: hosting company, web server, internet provider, etc.

Q: Where do I register domain names?
A: You can register your domain name with
numerous registrars around the world. We recommend Gandi.net - a company based in France. Currently their rates
are approx. $12/yr. (Based on EUR conversion). However, if you are a new comer, this process can be slightly confusing.
We are able to register your domain for you if you request us doing so.

Q: Can I host a website myself?
A: Yes. But, you're going to have to have
a large knowledge base to support the techincal side of managing your server. You will need a strong background
in UNIX. Beware of companies that tell you anyone can do it, but don't offer free support to help you.

Q: What is WebMail
A: WebMail allows you to access your e-mail
while away from home/office on any computer with Internet access and a browser.
